2008 Ranch Rate Schedule

Rates Include:

7 days, 3 meals per day, lodging, horseback riding, horse activities, rodeo action, breakfast ride, cookouts, kids camp, water sports, use of sailboats, canoes, fishing boats, water skiing, lake cruises, heated pool, beach fires, tennis courts, volleyball, use of recreation hall, transportation to primitive hiking areas and all other dude ranch activities and facilities.

For 62 years, Averill's Flathead Lake Lodge has offered the widest selection of recreational activities, for one inclusive rate, of any ranch in America.

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required when booking to confirm reservations. In the event of a cancellation, there is a $100 cancellation fee. A 120-day notice previous to the date of arrival is required for a full refund. If cancellation is less than 120 days, a refund will be made only if the accommodations are rebooked. We suggest purchasing travel insurance to cover any losses or interruption of travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances.
