Flathead Lake Lodge also hosts a weekly closest-to-the-pin contest.  "Shoot the Boot" offers guests a chance to win a free vacation.

Averill's dude ranch has tennis , basketball and volleyball courts.  Racquets and balls are available at the recreation room.  Avid tennis players are encouraged to bring their own racquets.

Horseback Riding Events take place in the arena throughout the week.  The competition includes team penning for both teens and adults along with barrel racing for the kids.  The culmination of the riding week features a family rodeo, with fun events for all.  A truly memorable family vacation to be had by all!
