Founded in 1945, Flathead Lake Lodge has been part of the Bigfork community for 80 years. Here at the ranch, we are one of the town’s largest employers and oldest businesses, which is a large part of why we take our responsibility of stewardship and responsibility seriously. Our family has been deeply engrained in this place for generations, from Grandpa Les Averill helping develop the Arts & Culture Center to Doug and Maureen’s 15+ years of leading the Bigfork elves.
Looking ahead to the next several years, we welcome the opportunity to continue to make Bigfork, Montana, the wonderful place it is. As we believe in investing in Bigfork and our community, each year we commit to setting aside 1% of our accommodations revenue into the Flathead Lake Lodge Community Fund. Applications for the fund are currently open and support community projects, individual initiatives and causes.
