There’s something about the West that instills a feeling of nostalgia. From wide-open spaces to the Western way of life, the spirit of the West runs deep in Montana. Here at Flathead Lake Lodge, we were honored to be part of a documentary named Call of the West, which shares stories from several ranches from Montana to Wyoming and Colorado to Arizona.

At the heart of it is the many stories of families and how their ranches have grown and evolved over the years, while still keeping the legacy of the West alive.

You’ll see Maureen and Doug, Chase and Kate, and a few other familiar faces throughout the documentary. The documentary premiered last month and is available to watch for free and on demand on Wyoming PBS.
