Policies

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required for confirmation for single family reservations. Multiple family groups, consisting of three or more families require a 50% deposit to confirm the reservation.

Cancellations

Single family reservations cancelled 150 or more days prior to arrival date will be refunded the deposit less a $500 cancellation fee. Multiple family groups cancelled 150 or more days prior to the arrival date will be refunded the deposit, less a $500 cancellation fee per individual family unit. Any reservation cancelled less than 150 days prior to arrival date, including multiple family groups, will only be refunded if Flathead Lake Lodge is able to rebook the reservation with the same number of people. As stated, the $500 cancellation fee(s) will apply. We highly recommend trip insurance to cover any losses or interruption of travel plans due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds or adjustments will be made to your total package price for any changes within 60 days of arrival which result in shortening the length of stay or reduction in occupancy.

Pets

We do not allow guests to bring their pets to the ranch. There are quite a few dogs and of course other animals on property for you to engage with.
